Dr. Jeffrey F. Collins is an Assistant Professor of Political Science at the University of Prince Edward Island, Canada. He is the author of the book, Canada’s Defence Procurement Woes, and the forthcoming book, Defending Canada in the 21st Century: A Primer. Prior to academia, he worked as senior policy analyst in Canada’s Department of National Defence.
